Credit Card/E-check Payments
You can easily pay your bill or retainer balance with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or E-check using the buttons below. Please note that clicking either button will take you to a separate secure site to process the transaction. You will be able to specify the amount of your payment on that page. For current clients, we ask for your matter number so that the firm can track payments properly. Your matter number can be found on your invoice. If you do not have your matter number please call our office during normal business hours and we will be happy to assist you.
The "Pay Invoice" link is for fees and costs which have been billed and earned by The Cooper Law Firm, P.C. If you are a current client, or adding additional funds to your account for future services, please select the "Pay Invoice" unless you have been instructed otherwise in a communication from The Cooper Law Firm, P.C.
The "Pay Retainer" link is for new client wanting to retain our services.
The "Pay Consultation Fee" link is used ONLY if you wish to have a Family Law Consultation. Payment secures your appointment on our schedule with one of our family law attorneys. The cost is $20 and is nonrefundable.
A payment does not create an attorney-client relationship and one should not be inferred by the recipient. Such a relationship may only be created by both a written retainer agreement with The Cooper Law Firm, P.C. signed by the attorney and potential client, and payment of agreed upon fees.
