Firm Overview
The Cooper Law Firm, P.C. was founded by Wanda Cooper and her identical twin sister, Tanya Bullock, in 2005. The firm’s original name was Bullock & Cooper, P.C. The “twin sister team” as they became known, established themselves as one of the premier general practice firms in the Hampton Roads area. The firm received numerous awards, such as the Partners in Education Award from the Virginia Beach School System, and ultimately was named Virginia Beach’s Small Business of the Year by the Department of Economic Development.
In 2012, the firm changed its name to the Cooper Law Firm after its partner, Tanya Bullock, was appointed by the General Assembly as a judge to the Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.
